Hi everyone! I am Karen Jones and the President and CEO of the Chocolate Chips Association (CCA), a Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Art and Math (S.T. E².A.M.) Program for young ladies in Illinois. The vision and mission of this non-profit organization is to instill a passion for S.T. E².A.M., with a goal of increasing the number of young ladies interested in S.T. E².A.M. related careers.  Our association started in 2003, and to date, we have mentored and inspired over 1,000 young ladies, many of which have or are currently pursuing college degrees and careers in the S.T. E².A.M. fields.

I am also a retiree of a Global Healthcare Company after 33 years as a Biochemist / Quality Program Manager. In additional to leading CCA, I am a member of Women United of Lake County (United Way).

I love inspiring and empowering our young ladies and I continue to share my story and teach others to be their best self as a professional speaker.
